Passed away November 17, 2013. Graveside Service Thursday, November 21, Elmhurst Park Cemetery (32787 Detroit Rd., Avon) at 10 A.M. (Meet at Cemetery). Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, WEDNESDAY 5-8 P.M.
