ROBERT HENDRICKSON, 93, of Olmsted Township and formerly Rocky River, passed away on July 24, 2015. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he earned his degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Tech. Following service in the Pacific during World War II, he spent most of his professional career in Cleveland working for The Sherwin Williams Company, retiring in 1988 as head of Employee Benefits. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen (nee Rahn). Loving father of Dana (Philip) FitzSimons, Joan Minoff, Bradford (the late Barbara), and Jeffrey (Janet); dear grandfather of Timothy (Jill), Ryan (Kimberly), and Brendan FitzSimons, David Minoff, and Bethany Hendrickson; proud great-grandfather of Teddy and Declan FitzSimons, and Madelyn and Faye FitzSimons. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 5, at 2:30 p.m. at The Renaissance Retirement Community, 26376 John Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio.
