ROBERT W. OWENS, age 60, beloved husband of 38 years to Margaret (nee Thow); loving father of Matthew (Heather), Timothy (Emily) and Eric (Angelina); son of Roger Owens and the late Shirley (nee Busse); brother of Nancy Glinka (Ray) and Richard (Sandy); uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Bob was a long-time employee of Capitol Tool Company in Cleveland and was an active member of OLA Boy Scout Troop No. 82.  Member of North Star Masonic Lodge No. 638 F.&A.M.  Passed away December 27, 2018.  Memorial Service Saturday, January 5, West Park United Church of Christ (3909 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, 44111) at 3:30 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to W.P.U.C.C.
