ROGER B. KOUBEK, beloved husband of 50 years to Jacqueline "Jackie" (nee Tosh); father of Michael P. (Theresa); grandfather of Nicole and Sara; brother of Patricia Burk (Donald) and the late Mildred Asmus, Mary Jane Janke and Joseph Koubek; uncle and great uncle of many. 30-year Diocese of Cleveland employee. Controller at Borromeo/St. Mary Seminary. U.S. Army Veteran. Passed away October 18, 2011. Funeral Mass Friday, October 21, St. Angela Merici Church at 11:30 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery (Avon). Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, THURSDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Angela Merici Church, 20970 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, OH 44126.
