ROSE J. LA MATTINA (nee Busacca) age 92. Beloved wife of the late Joseph; mother of Charles (Marilee), Reneé Kocuba (Gregory), Anthony (Mary) and Jo Ann Petonic (Michael); grandmother of Joseph La Mattina, Rebecca Schultz (Brian), Staci Workman (Luke), Vincent Petonic, Andrew Petonic (Peggy), Erin Conyngham, Felicia La Mattina, Michael La Mattina (Charlie), Holli Berki (Tony), Rosa La Mattina (Olivia) and David La Mattina (Jill); great-grandmother of Alexis Pullin, Ethan Pullin, Kai Petonic, Jackson Petonic, Gabriel Conyngham, Brayden Workman, Grace Workman, Everleigh Workman, Norah Berki, Owen Berki, Evelyn La Mattina and Santino La Mattina; great-great-grandmother to be of Lainey Wertz; sister of the  late Jacqueline Cribari, Sam Busacca and Nancy Michniak; aunt and friend of many.

Rose was known for her homemade pizza and fresh baked bread. She was loved by all the school children where she volunteered at the schools and as the playground guard. She was a member of the community choir.

Passed away January 12, 2022. Funeral Service Tuesday, January 18, at 11:00 in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL  HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS where friends may call MONDAY 3-7 PM. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens.
