RUTH L. SKILLEN (nee Leech) age 92. Owner of Westgate Secretarial. Born in McKeesport, PA. She worked as a Procedure Secretary at U.S. Steel in McKeesport where she met her husband, Benjamin, an accountant, who passed away in 1996. She worked for O.C. Tanner Company, Rocky River, as an Administrative Assistant for about 12 years and then she started her own business, Westgate Secretarial.  Computers were her hobby and also gardening around her townhome, decorating and flower arranging.  She lived in Rocky River before moving to Avon Lake.  She is survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.  Graveside Service Monday, Feb. 3, Sunset Memorial Park at 11:00 AM.
