SAMY DIAZ, age 59, beloved son of the late Josephine (nee Marrale) and Salvador Diaz; brother of Lydia Imbrigiotta (Nick), Victor (Maureen), Robert (deceased), Lynda (deceased), Joey (Bernadette) and Julie Barberic (Rich); uncle, great uncle, nephew and cousin of many; longtime companion to Mary Zelinka.  Passed away suddenly December 17, 2019.  Funeral Service Friday, December 20, at 11:30 A.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
