SARAH L. BASCONE (nee Chapman) age 47. Loving wife and best friend of 16 years to Jeff; beloved daughter of Margaret (nee Sullivan) and Patrick Chapman; sister of Julie Rote and Kate Chapman; daughter-in-law of Virginia (nee Dancisko) and Joseph Bascone; sister-in-law of Susan Dalrymple (Dan) and Joseph Bascone Jr. (Suzanne); aunt of Ashley, Kyle, Brendan, Bradley, Kylie, Danny, Enna and Brandon; great aunt of Karinna; cousin and friend of many.

Sarah was an excellent cook and baker, and especially enjoyed doing so for family and friends, of whom she had so many.  Sarah also loved children and animals, and enjoyed being able to see kids and dogs playing in the park across from her house.  Sarah was a bright light in the lives of all who know her.  She genuinely cared for everyone she knew and kept an open heart.  Please honor her memory by emulating these wonderful traits of hers.

Passed away June 17, 2021. Funeral Service Thursday, June 24, at 10:00 AM. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS where friends may call WEDNESDAY 4-7 PM.
