SCOTT B. BACKUS, age 55. Beloved husband of the late Antoinette (nee Jovanovich); loving father of Nicholas and Matthew; son of Fred and the late Janet; brother of Diane Backus Ferraro and the late Denny Backus.

Scott was the owner of TIG Welding Specialties in Cleveland, Ohio.  He loved X-Men, comic books, and Star Wars. He was a history buff who also enjoyed BBQ and cooking on the grill.  He was a collector of of Naval and Police memorabilia. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. Most importantly he loved being with his family and supporting them.

Passed away suddenly December 30, 2023. Funeral Service Thursday, Jan. 4, at 12 noon in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS where friends may call 10:00 AM. until time of service.
