SEAN P. CHALKWATER, age 28, beloved son of Marcia (nee Cosgrove) and Gerald E.; brother of Joseph (Sandy), Anthony, Michael (Tammy), David (Jean), Gerald C., Stephen, Daniel (Sarah) and Brian; grandson of Agnes B. Lally and the late Clement J. Cosgrove; devoted uncle of 13, beloved nephew, cousin and friend of many. Sean was a history teacher at Westlake High School where he also helped coach lacrosse and football.
