STANLEY EDWARD DUS, age 90 of North Olmsted, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 67 years to Mary (nee Nowicki); loving father of Linda Staskus, Karen Dus, Mariann Falk (Michael) and Stanley Dus (Jane); grandfather of 6; great-grandfather of 4. Stan's greatest pride and joy was his family. He was a quiet man who took the time to listen and observe people and human nature. He grew up in Buffalo, NY. At the age of 19 he was part of the U.S. Army's D-Day invasion of Normandy. He had a long career as an electronic technician in Buffalo and Cleveland. He retired from WJW-TV after 28 years of service. Funeral Mass Monday March 14, St. Richard Church (26855 Lorain Rd.) at 10 A.M. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
