Passed away August 4, 2014. Memorial Service Saturday, August 16, at 11:30 A.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS where friends may call ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SERVICE.
