THE REV. RUSSELL P. LOWE, age 59, Pastor Emeritus Our Lady of Angels Church and Chaplain, City of Cleveland Division of Fire, beloved son of Loretta Masterson (nee Clancy) (James, deceased) and the late Rexford Lowe; brother of the late Jimmy; cousin and dear friend of many.  Fr. Russ served as Parochial Vicar of St. Charles Borromeo, St. Albert the Great, St. John Vianney, St. Thomas More and served as Pastor at St. Leo Church.  Passed away August 25, 2022.  Funeral Mass Wednesday, August 31, Our Lady of Angels Church (3644 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH 44111) at 11 A.M., Most Rev. Michael G. Woost, Principal Celebrant.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Vespers Tuesday, August 30, at 3 P.M., Most Rev. Martin Amos presiding, at Our Lady of Angels Church with visitation following until 8 P.M.  Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  Arrangements by CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND 216-251-6566.
