THE REV. THOMAS C. GILLES, age 80, a priest of the Diocese of Cleveland since his ordination in 1967.  Passed away September 29, 2022.  Son of the late Marie (nee Geiger) and Clarence Gilles; brother of Debra DiVincenzo (deceased) (Richard) and Ruth Bublavy (Joseph); uncle of Daniel, Teri, Joseph and Clare DiVincenzo and Joseph Myles.  During his ministry, Fr. Tom served the People of God at St. Matthew (Akron), Holy Trinity (Bedford Hts.), St. Brendan (North Olmsted), St. Vincent Charity Hospital (Cleveland), St. Mary Magdalene (Willowick), Holy Family (Parma), St. Margaret Mary (South Euclid), St. Mary (Chardon), St. John Bosco (Parma Hts.) and Mount Augustine/Regina Health Center (Richfield).  Funeral Mass Saturday, October 8, St. John Bosco Church (6480 Pearl Rd., Parma Hts. 44130) at 11 A.M., Most Rev. Martin J. Amos, Principal Celebrant, with one hour visitation prior to Mass.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Vespers Friday, October 7, at 3 P.M., Most. Rev. Edward C. Malesic presiding, at Regina Health Center Chapel (5232 Broadview Rd., Richfield, OH 44286) with visitation following until 5 P.M.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Monastery of the Poor Clares, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH 44111 or Regina Health Center.
