THERESA CONDRICH (nee Forte) age 92; beloved wife of the late John (WWII Army veteran); mother of Michael-deceased, Mark (Kathy), Jim (Marion), John, Terry (Roseanne) and Mary McArdle (Scott); grandmother of 11, great grandmother of Mia; daughter of the late Mary and Angelo Forte; sister of the late Mary, Vincenza, May, Jenny, Danny (WWII Army veteran), Pete (WWII Navy veteran) and Joe (WWII Air Force veteran); aunt and great aunt of many. Passed away December 15, 2018. Funeral Mass Friday, December 21, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 11 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
