THOMAS C. ANZALONE, age 59. Beloved husband of the late Helen (nee Goode); stepfather and stepgrandfather of many; son of the late Lucy (nee Ranallo) and Thomas C. Anzalone, Sr.; brother of Joseph (Shirley), Anna, Nancy Valek and Rose Dembek; uncle, great-uncle and friends. Passed away suddenly April 13, 2019. Funeral Prayer Service Friday, April 19, St. Bartholomew Church (14865 E. Bagley Rd., Middleburg Hts.) at 9:30 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, THURSDAY 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
