THOMAS G. SCHLATHER age 70; beloved husband of Eileen (nee Kilbane), loving father of Judy Murphy (Sean), Tommy, Maureen DeAntonio (Tom), Joshua Turner and Katie Eppley (Aric); grandfather of Mary Eileen Murphy and Conor DeAntonio and 2 more on the way; son of the late Angela (nee Weber) and George, brother of Joseph, George (Kathy), Mary Seieroe (Ed) and the late Georgeanne Bailey and Cathy Lazor; uncle and great uncle of many. Tom was a member of the Knights of Columbus Fr. Ragan Council, was an avid outdoorsman especially sailing and riding motorcycles and camping. He was the Mr. Fix It of the family and was an all around friendly and caring man. Tom was a longtime employee of U.S.G. Interiors and was a U. S. Navy veteran. Passed away at Ames Family Hospice April 6, 2019 with his family by his side. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 10, Holy Trinity Church (33601 Detroit Rd. Avon) at 10 A.M.
