THOMASINA MARY "TOMIE" CAVALLARO (nee Gliozzo), age 96, passed away on December 19, 2020.  Tomie was the beloved wife of the late Joseph "Joe" Cavallaro for 47 years; loving mother of Joseph Cavallaro III, Thomasina Patton (Thomas), and Vera Bartasavich (Gerard); dearest grandmother of Thomasina Houston (Todd); Thera Parks (Jeff) and the late Tiana Patton; cherished great-grandmother of eight; dearest sister of Clara Lemming (James, deceased); dear aunt of Mary Jo Gorcyca and James Lemming and their families.

She was a resident for 62 years in Cleveland (West Park) and Brookdale Westlake Village Senior Living for the past 10 years. Tomie was a longtime member of St. Mark's Catholic Church in Cleveland.

Tomie and Joe enjoyed hosting family gatherings and card parties at their home. She was an active member for over 50 years in the Socialites, a John Adams High School alumni couple's social group.

With a jubilant upbeat disposition, Tomie easily gained many friends over the years.

The family of Thomasina Cavallaro would like to thank the special caregivers at Brookdale Westlake Village Senior Living and Hospice of the Western Reserve, Westlake.

Memorial Service, Friday, May 28 at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED at 11 A.M.
