VERNON B. WEISKITTEL, age 80. Beloved husband of 56 years to Joan (nee Lavandosky). Son of the late Louise (nee Vetter) and John.
Loving father of James, David M.D. (Sandra), Cynthia, Geralyn Rogers (Dale), Mary Christner (Robert). Loving grandfather of Shari Kosec (Damir), James, Angela Sayre (Brad), Krista, Sarah, David J., Matthew, Rachel, Ryan, Emily, Abbie, Amanda, and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Mary DeCapite (Dick), Richard (Cleo), Leona Scholle (Doug), and the late Paul, Leo, Lawrence, and Roland. Uncle and great-uncle of many. Passed away Monday, December 24, 2012. Funeral Mass Saturday, December 29, 2012, Church of St. Clarence (30106 Lorain Rd.) at 11 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.) Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS, NORTH OLMSTED, FRIDAY 5-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to Hospice of Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
