VICTOR C. RUSSELL, age 88, beloved husband of the late Sallie (nee Sasso); loving father of Victor S. (deceased), Scott and Dan (Renee); proud grandfather of Victoria, Alexander, Andrea, Lucas, Connor and Mia. Mr. Russell was the owner and operator of VIC Electric Co. serving the west side of Cleveland. U.S. Army veteran. Passed away unexpectedly August 4, 2023. Private Mausoleum Service for family and close friends Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 10 A.M. Resthaven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Road, Avon, OH 44011.
