Passed away February 10, 2016. Funeral Service Saturday February 13 at 1:00 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS where friends may call 11:00 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE.
