WALTER R. MENG, age 89, loving and devoted husband of 63 years to the late Nancy C. (nee Kitchen); loving father of Scott M. (deceased) (Cheryl), Deborah A. Carrick (Daniel), Mary Beth Lute (Michael, deceased), Tracie L., Robert J. (deceased)  and Kurt B.; beloved grandfather of Kevin Meng (Morgan), Kristen Kreuzer (Phil), Jason Carrick (Charity), Bridget Hutchison (Michael), Jessica Victor, Brittany Lute-Sumer (Fatih), Morgan Lute, Ryanne Meng, Aiden Meng (Brynn), and Avery Meng; great-grandfather of 15 plus one on the way; son of the late Louise H. and Carl F. Meng; dear brother of Phyllis W. Yusko, Carl J. Meng, and Florence C. Green.  Walter was an avid golfer.  Passed away September 2, 2024.  Funeral Service Saturday, September 7, at 1:30 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, where friends may call FRIDAY 4-7 P.M.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
