DR. WESLEY PERUSEK passsed away peacefully on February 14, 2009. He was the beloved husband of 52 years to Patricia (nee Ellison). Father of Glenn, Dawn Stang (Mark), and Gail (Lynn). Grandfather of Kevin, Emily, Caroline. Brother of the late Virginia White and Judy. Uncle of Tom, David, Bruce White and Jane Albrecht. Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
