WILLIAM K. BARTELL, age 89. Beloved husband of Joann (nee Wright); dear father of Carol Heuss, James and Jack Frazer, Ted Cover, Brenda Gregory, Linda Moore Gregory, and the late Rick and Sandy Cover; loving grandfather and great-grandfather. U.S. Navy veteran. Retired Cleveland Police Officer. Passed away April 7, 2020. Memorial Service to be announced at a later date.
