WILLIAM C. "BILL" WHEELER, age 83, beloved husband of the late Rosemarie (nee Ceglinski); loving father of Scott (Erika) and Gail Wheeler. Bill was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan. He enjoyed cooking classes, and he was an avid golfer, bowler, and train collector of Lionel model trains. Passed away September 4, 2025.
